Center of Education and Management for International Students and Office of Teaching Affairs for International Students are mainly responsible for the education of foreign students in the School of Foreign Languages. The Center of Education and Management for International Students was established in October 2016 and is fully responsible for the daily management of all kinds of international students in the university. The major work involves students, which includes: ideological work, emergency handling, activities, payment, visa, insurance, psychological counseling, dormitory management, data reporting, and so on. Office of Teaching Affairs for International Students was established in December 2018, which is fully responsible for the daily educational administration of foreign undergraduate students and language trainees. The main work includes: assisting the Academic Affairs Office of our university in the formulation of the talent training program, talent training plan, syllabus and the arrangement of courses for foreign undergraduate students; being responsible for the performance management of foreign undergraduate students, the examination of graduation qualifications and the issuance of certificates; being responsible for the arrangement of courses for language trainees, the examination of completion qualifications and the production and issuance of completion certificates.
