Master of Translation and Interpreting (In Preparation )

The Master of Translation and Interpreting program is in preparation at present. The program will focus on the training of translation between Chinese and English, with the aim of cultivating high-tier and application-oriented translators qualified  for working in the fields of technology and intellectual property. Different from other similar programs in Chongqing in terms of training objectives, this program will fill the talents gap in the field. The establishment of this master’s program will also foster the integration of arts and science disciplines and the synergy of interdisciplinary majors of engineering and management, contributing to a fine academic climate featuring coordinated development, and thus further enhancing CQUT’s influence as a talent powerhouse in Chongqing.
